Tomato Paste Sachet Production Process: From Fresh Fields to Sealed Sachet (HACCP Certified)
When it comes to sourcing tomato paste, global buyers and distributors prioritize two key elements: uncompromised food safety and consistent product quality.
We pride ourselves on running a fully modern, highly automated, and HACCP-certified production line. To give our partners complete transparency, here is the complete 12-step manufacturing process we use to turn fresh tomatoes into our premium, rich tomato paste sachets.
Our Manufacturing Philosophy: Safety First
Our production is governed by 4 Critical Control Points (CCPs). These points are monitored continuously by our automated systems and quality control engineers to ensure every batch meets rigid international food safety standards before leaving our facility.
The 12-Step Sachet Production Process

Step 1: Raw Material Acceptance [CCP1]
The journey begins with selecting only premium tomatoes. Incoming fresh field tomatoes and raw materials are thoroughly inspected according to strict physical and chemical standards. They can enter the production line only after passing qualification checkouts.
Step 2: Ingredients Matching
Based on our precise product formulas (whether customized for local markets or formulated for maximum rich texture), we precisely adjust the ratio of various raw and auxiliary ingredients using automated dosing systems.
Step 3: Stirring & Preheating
The matched ingredients are transferred to giant blending tanks. Here, we fully stir the ingredients to achieve a uniform texture while simultaneously applying a controlled preheating treatment to activate the blending process.
Step 4: Pre-Sterilization [CCP2]
To guarantee long shelf-life and absolute purity without adding artificial preservatives, high-temperature pre-sterilization is performed on the preheated tomato mixture. This step effectively kills any potential harmful microorganisms.
Step 5: Acceptance of Film & Empty Sachets [CCP3]
Excellent packaging protects excellent paste. Before packaging begins, our quality team inspects the material quality, thickness specifications, and strict hygiene levels of the packaging films and empty sachets. Only qualified packaging materials are loaded into our filling lines.
Step 6: Spray Coding
Each sachet is individual. Prior to filling, automated laser printers spray the production date, batch number, shelf life, and other mandatory regulatory information directly onto the designated packaging section.
Step 7: Filling & Weighing
The sterilized tomato paste is transferred to our high-precision aseptic filling lines. The machine automatically fills the sachets and accurately weighs them synchronously to ensure that the net content (whether it is 56g, 85g, or custom weights) meets exact specifications.
Step 8: Sealing
Immediately after filling, the sachets undergo hermetic heat-sealing. This step ensures an airtight, zero-leakage, and zero-pollution seal, locking in the natural freshness and vibrant color.
Step 9: Cooling
Once sealed, the hot finished sachets are passed through a progressive cooling tunnel. This stabilizes the product's physical state, protects the pouch's integrity, and prevents post-heating color degradation.
Step 10: Storage (Semi-Finished)
The cooled, finished sachets are neatly collected and stored in designated industrial batches. They are kept in clean holding zones, awaiting final lab inspection results.
Step 11: Inspecting, Packing & Shipping
Our quality team samples the batches, inspecting the finished shipping cartons for proper size, structural strength, and total integrity. Once approved, the sachets are packed into cartons and officially cleared for entry into our main warehouse.
Step 12: Acceptance of the Carton
After final random sample checking and quality inspections of the boxed products, the cartons are securely wrapped, stacked on pallets, and safely stored in our shipping warehouse, ready for reliable global transport and delivery.
